Burlington County does not publish its sold or cancelled sales on CivilView, so that figure is not available.

Most of the Burlington County listings we sampled (10 of 15) had already been pushed back at least once, which is why the date on the list is often not the final date. Homeowners can confirm the current date on the official list and review their options below.

Scheduled sales, not completed ones; the adjournment share comes from a small sample. The county's list is the authority for any single sale.

Sale day in Burlington County

Burlington is New Jersey's largest county by area, with 40 municipalities, and its whole sale list lives on CivilView. What we could not do is read the sheriff's own conditions of sale, so this page does not list a deposit, location or payment deadline for Burlington. Bidders should get the current terms from the Sheriff's Office in Mount Holly before sale day.

From the county's official sheriff pages, read September 30, 2026. Terms change; confirm with the sheriff's office.

Foreclosure in Burlington County: what's different here

Burlington County is New Jersey's largest by land, stretching from Delaware River towns to the Pines, with the courthouse in Mount Holly. Two histories shape its docket: Willingboro's Levitt-built parks — generational Black and veteran homeownership, which means successor-in-interest cases and VA loans are everyday matters here — and the joint base's military families, whose VA paper carries its own loss-mitigation menu and its own advocate at 877-827-3702.

If it's your home on the Burlington County list

Burlington's list runs from Delaware River suburbs to Pinelands townships, very different markets for selling a home quickly. Look your property up on CivilView every week, and phone the Mount Holly office to confirm the date and ask how to request a statutory adjournment.

Until the auction, and for the short redemption window after it, reinstating, selling the home or a Chapter 13 filing can still change the outcome. Never pay anyone to postpone it for you.
