Where Warren County posts its sale list, how sale day works here, and what to do if one is your home.
Warren County publishes its sheriff sale list outside CivilView, so it is not in our monthly count yet. For current sales and dates, use the official Warren County list.

Warren County sales have been held at 2:00 p.m. at the Courthouse Annex, 199 Hardwick Street in Belvidere, according to an archived page on the Sheriff's website (the current foreclosure page was unavailable when we checked). Those terms set the deposit at 20% by certified cashier's or treasurer's check, with no cash or personal checks, and the balance due within 10 days, so confirm them with the sheriff before bidding.
From the county's official sheriff pages, read September 30, 2026. Terms change; confirm with the sheriff's office.

Warren County lines the Delaware River — Phillipsburg's row blocks, Hackettstown's commuter growth, and farm townships between, with the machinery in Belvidere, one of the state's smallest county seats. The docket is small and personal: cases move through offices where the staff answer their own phones, which is an underrated advantage for a homeowner who calls the sheriff's office early with the two questions that matter (is a sale scheduled, and what is the adjournment procedure).
Warren notes that sales are sometimes not held on the advertised date, so check its public notices page or call the sheriff on sale day. Warren publishes its list outside CivilView, which also means dates can change without showing up on the statewide system.
Until the auction, and for the short redemption window after it, reinstating, selling the home or a Chapter 13 filing can still change the outcome. Never pay anyone to postpone it for you.
Free statewide options that serve the county: NJ Courts Foreclosure Mediation Program, Legal Services of New Jersey, HUD-Approved Housing Counselors and Navicore Solutions. None of them pays us.
When is the next Warren County sheriff sale?

The sheriff's office says sales are held at 2:00 p.m. (day of week not stated), at Warren County Courthouse Annex, 199 Hardwick Street, Belvidere, NJ 07823. Individual dates move often, so confirm any specific sale on the official list.
